Fast & Free Shipping Across Canada and the USA

We offer free express shipping within Canada on all orders.

For orders shipping to the United States, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for rural locations or due to customs processing.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship internationally! For orders outside Canada and the U.S.:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your country’s import process.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey all the way to your door.

High Volume & Holiday Periods

During peak seasons or sale events, order processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping every item, but if something goes wrong:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll make it right.
  • If your package is lost in transit, reach out to our support team and we’ll work with the carrier to track it down or provide a replacement when necessary.
