LEATHER GOODS WARRANTY INFORMATION

This Warranty is provided to you by Family Leather for the leather products purchased from Family Leather’s ecommerce website 

Duration of Warranty: This Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Coverage: The Seller warrants that all leather products purchased from the Website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Remedy: If a defect arises in the leather product within the Warranty period, the Seller will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product. How to Claim Warranty: To make a claim under this Warranty, you must provide the original proof of purchase and contact the Seller's customer service team through the contact information provided on the Website. The Seller may require additional information or documentation to process the claim.

This Warranty is in addition to any other rights you may have under applicable law. This Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the leather product.
